Extra Virgin olive oil is liquid at room temperature, which in turn leads to the richly moist interior of our cakes. They even get better as the days go by if you can last that long. Available in 10, 8, and 6-inch pies we have one for every occasion. Whether it's just you enjoying or a party you are entertaining. Refrigeration of the cakes isn’t necessary.
